Terms of Service

Keystone arranges and provides financing for business, commercial, and investment real estate purposes only. The Service is not intended for consumers and is not offered for personal, family, or household purposes. Nothing on the Service is an offer or commitment to lend, and any rates or terms described are indicative only.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Keystone website and any related forms or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Keystone, 5301 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
These Terms apply to all visitors and applicants. The Service is intended for lawful business purposes by adults who have authority to act on behalf of the business or investment entity they represent.

Any financing is subject to our review, underwriting, third-party reports, internal policies, and applicable law, each of which may change at any time without notice. A binding commitment arises only if and when set out in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Keystone; in the event of any conflict, that signed agreement controls.

Any rates, leverage, pricing, timelines, or structures described on the Service or in preliminary communications are illustrative and indicative only, are provided for general information, and do not constitute a quote or commitment. Actual terms depend on the specific transaction, the property, the borrower and guarantors, market conditions, and completed diligence, and they may differ materially from anything shown here.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including those of lending partners and service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement; your use of any third-party site is governed by that party’s terms and privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Keystone and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted for personal, non-commercial reference.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Service. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
